Hi, I’m Lourie, and I serve as the Students Ministry Director at One City Church. I’ve been part of this community since 2024, serving and equipping students from 6th–12th grade. My mission is to disciple and develop young leaders who will boldly live for Christ.

I am from central Texas with roots in South Korea. I’ve been married to my husband, Tarik, for 20 years, and we have three children: Caleb, Amaria, and Titus. I am a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and have served as a Youth Pastor for many years.

I love the relevant messages, beautiful worship, and strong sense of community at One City.

When not at church, I homeschool my children, enjoy outdoor activities, spend time with family and friends, and worship at the piano.

A verse that guides me is Matthew 6:33 — seek God first, and everything else will follow.

My hope is to help students grow in Christ through teaching, relationships, small groups, and events. Our leaders are background-checked and deeply care for every student.
