What to Expect

If you are thinking about visiting with us on a Sunday morning and have some questions about our service, here is some information we hope will be helpful to you.

What time is the Sunday worship service?

The service begins at 10:15am and runs for about 90 minutes.  Get here a little early and enjoy fresh coffee and donuts.

Where is the church located?

We are located at 3310 Indian River Road in Chesapeake, between Military Highway and Campostella Road.

Where do I park?

There is parking directly behind the building, with reserved handicap and visitor parking.  If the lot is full, there are spots along the front of the church.

What should I wear?

We want you to be comfortable. At our church, you'll find some people dressed in casual weekend clothes and others in their traditional "Sunday best". Nobody's keeping track of what you wear − we're just happy to see you.

Are children welcome?

Yes!  From infants through high school students, all young people are welcome.  Child care is provided on Sunday morning during worship, but your children are welcome to stay with you if you prefer.  For children who are ready, we offer age-specific programs during the service.  Your child's safety is our top concern and all of our volunteers are trained and background-checked.
